Johanna Navas - Founder

Johanna is the President and Founder of Potentialize Consulting Inc. Potentialize is a management consulting firm that specializes in project delivery, project management process improvement, and people and change leadership.

​

Over the last 20 years, Johanna has participated in some of the most complex and transformative projects in Canada providing a variety of services including: project set-up services; project risk, governance, and controls assessments; people and change leadership; as well as project support on complex and troubled projects. Her projects portfolio includes projects within Canada and internationally, within the public and private sectors, and using a variety of delivery methods such as Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, EPCM, and Public-Private Partnerships.

She is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from Queens University and a Master of Applied Science in Project and Construction Management from the University of British Columbia. Johanna is also a PROSCI Change Management certified professional.

Johanna has a strong voice for embedding mentorship into her teams and projects and is passionate about people and advancing women in infrastructure.
